New Captains Are Live in the Squad Builder

The latest captain cards are now wired into HUTDB Squad Builder chemistry. If you already have one of these cards in your lineup, pick it as captain and the requirement tracker will show you what still counts toward the AP bonus.

How captain chemistry works

Unlocking a captain bonus still gives +5 AP.
The captain slot always counts as 1 toward the total.
Alumni cards from a listed franchise still count.

There are two requirement types this time.

Multi-team captains

Same rules as the existing regional captains: you need 6 players including the captain from any mix of the listed teams.

In the builder

Open Squad Builder, set one of these cards as captain, and the captain panel will show progress toward 6/6 or 5/5. Lineup cards that count toward the bonus are marked so you can see what is helping and what is not.

If a captain is missing from the picker, it is not in the player database as a Captains / Chase Captains card yet. The chemistry rules are already in place, so those cards will work as soon as they are added.
